Resolved: Doing with draws from checking account without consent
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Full refund on retainer and was applied to replacement of braces on top. Thank you

Won't Give me my partials
The comfort dental located in Colorado springs at North Academy at Austin bluffs is without a doubt the worst dental office in this entire city. The front staff and others are Hispanics who can barely understand English or speak English and are not very bright regardless of their ethnicity.
Also, I've been trying for over a month now to get a single tooth partial. However, they want an appointment for this which are few and far between and hard to make,
whereas other dental places allow you to walk in, check to make sure it fits real quick, and leave. Today, after being told previously by the dumb lady at the front desk that I could come in and wait briefly without an appointment and pick up my single tooth partial that's ready for pickup, I did just that. However, after sitting there for two solid hours I finally left.
This place is trashy to begin with and has staff with major attitudes. And as far as the dentist that works there, Dr Hale, you're lucky if you see him for 20 seconds.
Unlike many of the Medicaid patients there, I work 50 hours a week and for me to schedule an appointment for something that should take 5 minutes is not an option. Apparently, this is something that they refuse to take into consideration.

I went to the location in Boulder, CO as I was having pain. I was seen on a walk in and truly appreciated that I was seen.
My dentist Dr. Eihn was very busy, but fit me in and extracted a tooth, and I was grateful for that.
I left with one 2×2 gauze on a bleeding tooth without followup instructions!
I made a followup appointment for 2 weeks and received a reminder card.
After I left the office I had to go to the pharmacy to retrieve pain medication, by then I was bleeding through the gauze and the pharmacy tech had to assist me.
I returned for my scheduled appointment on time and was told they had no record of it even though I had the reminder card!
Dentists are good, but overworked!
Do not recommend!
